David Raisz war vom Januar 2017 bis August 2020 als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter (PostDoc) am ACS tätig. Er war im Team "Advanced Control Methods for Power Systems" involviert, und war Division Head der Abteilung "Grid Dynamics". Er war Zweitbetreuer der Dissertation von Trung Tran Thai.
