The paper "Optimal Meter Placement for Distribution System State Estimation: A Global Sensitivity Analysis-Based Framework" authored by Mirko Ginocchi, David Pacheco, Marco Pau, Ferdinanda Ponci and Antonello Monti received the Best Paper Award at the 2023 IEEE 13th International Workshop on Applied Measurements for Power Systems (AMPS), held in Bern, Switzerland (27-29 September 2023).
